I craft a personalized marketing plan for each home, highlighting its best features to attract the right buyers. With targeted online marketing, stunning visuals, and my deep connection to the local community, I ensure your home stands out. Step 5: Receive an Offer

You will be notified when an offer is received. We will review all offers together and I will help you understand all the terms of the contract to decide if you would like to accept, reject or counter the offer.

You will need to fulfill any closing obligations including: fixing agreed upon home repairs, submitting disclosures, reviewing closing costs and coordinating your move to your new home. It's time to celebrate because your home is sold!
